AI Research Engineer (Self-supervised Learning)

Your profile:

  • Proven knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning strategies
  • Ability to apply new structured methods to relevant scientific, engineering, and other real-world problems
  • Ability to own and pursue a research agenda, including choosing impactful research problems and carrying out projects
  • Experience in creating high-performance implementations of deep learning algorithms
  • Hands on experience with machine learning frameworks
  • Excellent knowledge of Python & PyTorch
  • Good mathematical foundations and understanding of deep learning
  • Ability to create and implement high-performance deep learning algorithms is a plus
  • Experience with Transformers is a plus
  • Experience in scaling is a plus (e.g. deep speed, TensorFlow mesh)
  • PhD in machine learning, neuroscience or computer science is a plus
  • Experience with Rust is a plus

Your responsibilities:

  • Research machine learning publications, design experiments, validate results
  • Develop scalable deep learning models for various use cases in PyTorch
  • Master computer vision and natural language models (transformers is a plus)
  • Understanding and implementation of innovative use cases for transformer models
  • Utilize deep understanding of transformers to debug and explain models
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate and innovate model architectures
  • Initiate and manage academic and open-source cooperation and support or author publications
